At ShopBetter24.co.uk we want to match the cheapest price within your country of sale and therefore we offer a price match if you have found a cheaper product online elsewhere. As such you are always guaranteed the best deal at ShopBetter24.co.uk.
How does the Price Match work?
Should you locate a cheaper product elsewhere online, we will be ready to match the price. All you have to do is place your order for the product you want and we will correct the price in your basket, before payment is due.
If you are in doubt whether a Price Match can be made on a product, or how to proceed when you have matched one, please contact our Customer Service. You can do this either by writing us an email to support@shopbetter24.co.uk or call us via tel. 0 3308 180 592. All we need is a link to the website where you found the cheaper product and we will proceed with the how to and discount on your behalf. All that is required is that the product and the offer meet the conditions below.
Conditions for Price Match
The price must be found on a nationally (locally) owned website with a local VAT number if applicable and the price must be current at the time of purchase. The requested product must be in stock at the competitor site and in the same colour, model and size (specs.) at the time of purchase. Local discounts such as ‘opening offer’, BLACK MONTH, door-crasher specials and/or limited offers etc. do not apply and shipping cost is calculated in the total.
Price Match does not apply to ShopBetter24.co.uk partner products nor to offers that require memberships such as purchasing association / loyalty clubs or any form of payment to access the offer.
Only valid for private purchases and max. 5 items per customer.
